So, a New Year. I can only hope for all of us that it is better than the year past. I do not make resolutions at New Year's (well, actually, that is a lie as I inevitably resolve not to make any New Year's Resolutions - the perfect resolution, broken as it is made).
I am not really into this blog thing yet. My daughter is much more disciplined and better at keeping a day by day description of her life. I guess when I am long dead, buried and forgotten, she will probably make a fortune publishing a "Mummy Dearest" or "Daddy Dearest" type book, full of our foibles as parents.
Anyhow, let me just here wish all a Safe, Improved New Year. I really hope that 2005 is the Year of Final Resolution of Outstanding Issues ... rather than another of the Year of Living Dangerously.
